George the artist

George brought home some artwork from school today. The shape of the month is the circle and the color of the month is brown. This week his class talked about families.

Our personal favorite. George learned a lot about his family. Bob said that it's obvious that that's him on the left.

George does his chores

George is a little taken with vacuum cleaners. A little...maybe that doesn't do it justice. He's obsessed. Loves them. He knows where it's kept and he likes to "visit" dear vacuum. Well, dear vacuum stopped doing his job effectively and will be asked to leave. But, in the meantime George was particularly excited today when mommy got her new vacuum cleaner and he could help mommy with his very own "big person" vacuum. He has a toy one...but I think he knows it's just a toy. Not the best video. The video camera was upstairs so Bob just grabbed my phone out of my purse, but you get the idea.

He likes ice cream, too

But, who wouldn't? George had his first ice cream cone tonight. He LOVED it. Mommy and George were both covered in ice cream. Here are some pictures dad snapped with his phone. Sorry...we're bad parents and didn't have the real camera with us.
